摘要
图像的边缘是图像的最基本的特征之一,边缘检测是计算机视觉和图像处理中重要的处理技术。细胞图像分析与识别系统是近年来研究较多的一个内容,与人工分析相比,既减少了主观意识的干扰,提高了分析的精度,又减轻了专业技术人员的劳动强度,提高了工作效率,因而在细胞生物医学研究中具有重要的意义。本文利用图像处理的方法对血液细胞进行分析,编制相应的计算程序,这对进一步研究细胞及其组织变化、医学临床等问题,具有一定的指导意义。
Edge is one of most fundamental features of image, and edge detection is an important technique in computer vision and image processing. Analysis and recognition of cell image has become an important issue recently. Compared with the manual analysis, it reduces the jam of the subjective consciousness, thus improves the precision of the analysis. It eases the labor intensity of the professional technical personnel and improves the working efficiency. As a result it has become more and more important in biomedicine field. Using computer to segment cell image is the basis of image recognition and image analysis. The article analysised the cell of blood with image processing and designed the corresponding program. The result is very important for researching the change of cell and histiocyte in ulterior step and making a clinical diagnose.
