在充分研究社区监护系统的要求和当前研究现状的基础上,本文提出了一种新的社区监护系统,该系统以IP网络视频会议技术为基础,将生理参数采集、传输,与音视频监护完美结合。系统具有强大的管理功能,不仅能进行健康监护,还可以通过音视频功能,进行咨询、辅导、远程病情警告,通过与医院信息系统的接口可以进行远程会诊。
