应用TDI-Tei指数评价糖尿病患者右室功能

摘要 目的应用TDI-Tel指数评价糖尿病患者右室收缩及舒张功能的变化,探讨其临床应用价值。方法选择糖尿病患者45例.同时设正常对照组40名,利用超声心动图组织多普勒(TDI)频谱技术于心尖四腔切面右室壁三尖瓣环处测量等容舒张期(IRT)、等容收缩期(ICT)及射血时间(ET),计算Tel指数。结果糖尿病组TDI.Tei指数较对照组增加,组间相比有显著性差异。结论TDI技术所测Tei指数是一种简便、可靠的评价糖尿病患者右室收缩和舒张功能的指标,对治疗、预后有一定的帮助。 Objective To investigate the value of right ventricular Tel index in the diagnosis of diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 45 patients diagnosed as diabetes mellitus and 40 heatlthy volunteers as a control group were analyzed by using ultrasound examination for measuring an calculating the right ventricle Tel index. Results The right ventricular Tel index of diabetes mellitus groups were increased significantly compared with those of the healthy volunteers.Conclusion Right ventricle Tel index is a relatively sensitive indicator for reflecting cardiac function as a whole.
