摘要
传统的低压电动机保护主要采用热继电器,但保护可靠性差、故障率高。采用低压智能电机保护器替代继电器具有无可比拟的优越性,也是今后的发展趋势。介绍了深圳中电PMC550智能电机保护器在27万t/a硫酸装置配电系统中的应用情况。采用PecStar作为后台监控软件,实现电气设备的集中监测与控制,确保了电机安全可靠运行,提高了自动化程度,取得了良好的经济效益。
The traditional low voltage motor protection mainly adopts thermal relay, with poor reliability and highly failure rate. Low voltage smart motor protector alternative relay has the incomparable advantage, represents the future trend of development. This paper mainly introduces the PMC550 smart motor protector of shenzhen CLP in 270000 tons/year sulfuric acid device distribution system, the application of Pec-Star as background monitoring software, has realized the concentrate monitoring and control of electrical equipments, ensured the safe and reliable operation of the motor, improved the degree of automation, saved costs and achieved good economic benefit.
