摘要
目的 :探讨P2 1WAF1蛋白在白血病中的表达及其意义。方法 :用免疫组化方法检测 40例白血病患者骨髓中细胞P2 1WAF1蛋白表达。结果 :40例白血病患者P2 1WAF1蛋白表达阳性率为 1 7 5% (7/ 4 0 ) ,其中慢性白血病阳性率占 50 % (5/ 1 0 ) ,急性白血病阳性率为 2 / 30例 (6 7% )。在急、慢性白血病中P2 1WAF1蛋白阳性表达存在统计学意义 (P <0 0 5)。结论 :P2 1WAF1与白血病的发生和分化有关 。
Objective:To evaluate the significance of P21WAF1 protein expression in leukaemia Met hods:40 cases of leukaemia were examed for P21WAF1 expression using immunohistochemistry Results:The total positive rate of P21WAF1 was 17 5% in leukaemia,it was 6 7% and 50% for acute and chronic leukaemia respectively,and was significantly different ( P <0 05) Conclusion:It suggests that P21WAF1 protein is associated with development and differentiation of leukaemia,and its loss/disappearance may induce cells growth arrest in differentiation
