摘要
目的探讨Focus超声刀在双侧甲状腺手术中的应用价值。方法观察与比较Focus超声刀完成双侧甲状腺手术42例（超声刀组），未用超声刀手术33例（非超声刀组）的术中出血量、手术时间、术后引流量、术后并发症及住院时间。结果Focus超声刀组的平均出血量（15．50±10．24）ml和手术时间（50．25±11．23）nfin明显比非超声刀组平均出血量（50．25±20．34）ml和手术时间（92．14±12．35）min低，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。2组术后并发症和术后住院时间差异无统计学意义。结论Focus超声刀在双侧甲状腺手术中能显著减少术中出血量，明显缩短手术时间，手术操作相对简易。
Objective To study the application value of Focus harmonic scalpel in bilateral thyroid operation. Methods 42 cases （harmonic scalpel group） and 33 cases （non- harmonic scalpel group） underwent bilateral thyroid operation. The 2 groups were compared in terms of intraoperative blood loss, postoperative drainage volume, operation duration, postoperative complications and hospital stay. Results The average blood loss and operation duration were （ 15.50 ± 10.24） ml vs （50.25 ± 20.34 ） ml and （ 50.25± 11.23 ） rain vs （ 92.14± 12. 35 ） min in harmonic scalpel group and non-harmonic scalpel group respectively （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no sig- nificant difference belween the 2 groups in complication and hospital stay. Conclusion Focus harmonic scalpel can significantly reduce intraoperative blood loss and operation duration in bilateral thyroid surgery.
