高血压胰岛素抵抗患者血浆肾上腺髓质素水平变化的观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察高血压伴胰岛素抵抗患者血浆肾上腺髓质素(ADM)水平的变化。方法:用特异性放免法测定血浆ADM浓度。结果:高血压伴胰岛素抵抗患者血浆ADM水平为(37.01±8.25)fmol/ml,显著高于19例高血压不伴胰岛素抵抗患者(22.59±3.58)fmol/ml(P<0.05)和14例健康对照组(P<0.05)。结论:高血压伴胰岛素抵抗患者血浆升高的胰岛素及(或)血糖可能刺激ADM的合成与释放。 Objective:To study the plasma levels of adrenomedullin (ADM) in hypertensive patients with insulin resistance. Meth-ods: The plasma level of ADM was determined by specific radioimmunoreactivity. Results:The plasma levels of ADM in es-sential hypertensive patients with insulin resistance were (37.01±8.25) fmol/ml ( n = 15) ,much higher than EH without insulin resistance (22.59±3.58) fmol/ml (n =19),P<0.05, and control group (7.65±2.03)mol/ml (n = 14),P< 0.001,and plasma levels of ADM in EH without insulin resistance were also higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The elevation of plasma insulin levels and/or glucose in EH with insulin resistance stimulate the synthesis or/and secretion of ADM.
