摘要
目的探讨自发性低颅压综合征的临床特点及误诊原因，减少误诊发生。方法回顾性分析2005年4月-2010年4月门诊收治的误诊误治的7例自发性低颅压综合征资料进行回顾性分析。结果7例早期分别误诊为蛛网膜下腔出血、病毒性脑膜炎、偏头痛。结论医生对本病认识不足是误诊的主要原因，提高认识，仔细分析病情，是减少误诊的关键。
Objective To investigate clinical characteristics of spontaneous intracranial hypoternsion syndrome and the reasons of misdiag^osis in order to reduce the occurrence of misdiagnosis.Methods The clinical data of 7 cases 6f misdiagnoses and mistreatments were analyzed retrospectively.Results 7 cases with spontaneous intracranial hypotension syndrome at earlier period were misdiagnosed as subarachnoid hemorrhage, viral meningitis, and migraine ,with misdiagnosis rate being 37.2% .Conclusion The main reason for misdiagnosis was lack of full understanding of spontaneous intmcrarial hypotenion syndmrne .It could be avoided by improved awareness of spontaneous intracranial hypotension syndrome and thorough analysis of state of the illness.
