摘要
目的 观察各合日阴时开穴电针的效应差异。方法 以正常在校大学生为实验对象 ,按徐凤纳甲法的 1 0日开穴按时取穴 ,分析电针对心收缩时间间期 ( STI)的即刻效应。结果 甲己日组、丙辛日组、戊癸日组的 Q S2 I、PEPI、PEPI/LVETI,乙庚日组、丁壬日组的 PEPI、PEPI/LEVTI,在电针前后的差别都有显著意义 ( P <0 .0 5、 P <0 .0 1、 P <0 .0 0 1 )。但组间比较 ,各合日组的 Q S2 I、LVETI、PEPI、PEPI/LVETI电针前后差值间的差别均无统计学意义。结论 按照徐凤纳甲法的 1 0日开穴合日互用后按时取穴电针 。
Objective To observe the effects of electroacupuncture at selecting points in the six Yin time of the five combined heavenly stems designating days according to Xufeng's Na Jia method. Methods Two hundred and twenty four healthy college students were selected as the subjects.The total electromechanical systole (Q S 2I), the preejection period(PEPI),left ventricular ejection time(LVETI) and PEPI/LVETI ratio were measured immediately after 30 min electroacupuncture at selecting points in the six Yin time of the five combined heavenly stems designating days according to Xufeng's Na Jia method. Results As compared with the values before the electroacupuncture, the Q S 2I,PEPI and PEPI/LVETI ratio in Jia Ji days group, Bing Xin days group and Wu Gui days group , and the PEPI and PEPI/LVETI ratio in Yi Geng days group and Ding Ren days group increased significantly (P<0.05 or 0.01), without the significant differences in the above parameters among the six groups (P>0.05). Conclusions Therer are not significant differences among the six Yin time of the five combined heavenly stems designating days after the electroacupuncture at selecting points according to Xufeng's Na Jia method.
