白花菜子挥发油抗炎镇痛作用的实验研究 被引量：5

摘要 目的研究白花菜子挥发油抗炎镇痛作用。方法观察不同剂量的白花菜子挥发油对二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀、棉球致大鼠肉芽肿和冰醋酸所致小鼠扭体次数的影响。结果白花菜子挥发油提取物能明显抑制二甲苯小鼠耳廓肿胀,抑制棉球所致大鼠炎症的肉芽增生,以及明显延缓冰醋酸所致小鼠扭体的出现时间,减少扭体反应次数。结论白花菜子挥发油具有一定的抗炎镇痛作用,为白花菜子新的药用资源开发提供可能的依据。
