摘要
目的综述植物提取物及其有效成分的抗心肌缺血、抗心律失常、保护心肌细胞、抗心肌肥厚和抗心肌纤维化的药理活性及其对心脏收缩力和心率的影响等作用的研究进展。方法系统查阅国内外相关文献,分析综合。结果植物提取物及其有效成分有多种生物学活性,具有显著的心脏药理活性。结论植物提取物及其有效成分作为中药新药开发的资源有更广阔的前景。
Objective To review and summaize the advances in research of pharmacological activity of plant extract and it＇s active ingredients,including the anti-myocardial ischemia,anti-arrhythmia,protection of myocardial cells,anti-myocardial hypertrophy,anti-myocardial fibrosis and influence on cardiac contractility and heart rate. Methods Research domestic and foreign literatures systemly,and then analyze and integrate. Results Plant extract and it＇s active ingredients have various biological activity and obvious pharmacological activity. Conclusion As resources of the development of the traditional Chinese medicine,the plant extract and it＇s active ingredients have a wide prospect.
