摘要
日本是中国茶文化传入最早的国家之一。古代日本的茶文化是伴随着中国茶文化的历史演进而发展起来的,中国大陆在不同历史时期所创造出的茶的制作工艺及饮用方式等都逐次波及日本,至"茶道"最终确立之前的日本茶文化,总体上是对中国茶文化的一种移植和模仿。中国茶文化东传日本,大致经过了中唐、南宋和明清三个时期。中日茶文化既有共通之处,又各具特色,主要根植于两国不同的历史文化背景、民族特性等。
Japan is one of the earliest countries in the world to introduce tea into.The ancient tea culture in Japan was devel oping with the introduction of the tea culture in China.The production process and drinking style in different historical periods were introduced into Japan successively.The tea culture in Japan before the final foundation of "Tea Ceremony" was generally transplanting and imitating the tea culture in China.The process of introduction covers the Middle Tang Dynasty,the Southern Song Dynasty and Ming-Qing Dynasties.There are both common and different characteristics between the tea cultures in China and Japan,which mainly rooted in the different historical culture background and national identity.
