摘要
在快速变化的环境中,动态能力已经成为学术界主要的研究对象,智力资本也是企业获得竞争优势的重要来源。在分析动态能力和智力资本的共同点的基础上,提出了智力资本影响企业的核心能力,进而影响企业动态能力以适应外部环境变化的观点;构建了基于智力资本的企业动态能力模型;为企业通过开发智力资本,获取智力资本的增量、获取企业动态能力提供了依据,使企业能够更好地适应快速变化的环境。
In the rapidly changing environment,dynamic capabilities have become the main object in academia;intellectual capital is an important source for enterprises to get competitive advantage.Based on analyzing the common grand in dynamic capabilities and intellectual capital,the paper puts forward the idea that intellectual capital affects core competence,thereby affects dynamic capabilities,in order to adapt to changes in the external environment.It builds intellectual capital-based dynamic capabilities model,and provides enterprises the basis to obtain dynamic capabilities through development of intellectual capital,or gets intellectual capital increment to enable enterprises to better adapt to the rapidly changing environment.
