Grid-Connection Planning of Microgrid Based on Reliability

摘要 采用蒙特卡罗方法对微电网内各分布式电源和负荷的出力特性进行模拟,建立了基于微网整体特性的典型配置模型。以微电网接入后配电网网损和可靠性损失费用最低为目标函数,以微电网经济可靠运行及微电网接入相关限制为约束条件,建立了基于可靠性的典型微网规划模型,并利用粒子群算法的全局寻优能力对模型进行求解。以RBTS-BUS 6为例,利用上述方法建立了规划模型并进行了求解,结果表明微电网的合理接入能有效提高整个配电网系统的可靠性。 Monte Carlo is applied in this paper to simulate the output characteristics of distributed generations and loads in microgrid,and develop a typical configuration model based on the overall characteristics of microgrid.And a typical microgrid access planning model based on reliability is established,with the minimum network and reliability loss cost as the objective function,and with the various restrictions on reliable microgrid economic operation and grid-connection as constraints;meanwhile the global searching ability of the particle swarm optimization is used to solve the planning model.Finally,the case study is carried out based on RBTS-BUS 6,and study results indicate that the reasonable microgrid access to the distribution network system can effectively improve the system reliability.
