摘要
目的:采用正交设计法筛选生发涂膜剂的最佳制备工艺,并对其进行质量控制。方法:以二苯乙烯苷的含量为评价指标,采用L9(34)正交试验优选该处方的提取工艺条件;以聚乙烯醇124为成膜材料,成膜时间、膜的质量为评价指标,正交试验优选最佳成型工艺条件。结果:生发涂膜剂的最佳提取工艺条件为加8倍量70%乙醇回流提取2次,每次1.5 h;最佳成型工艺条件为中药提取物35 mL,聚乙烯醇124 7 g,甘油2 mL,羧甲基纤维素钠0.75 g。结论:该涂膜剂制备工艺设计合理,制备工艺简单,质量控制方法可靠。
Objective:To select optimum preparation technology and of germinal coating agent and to evaluated its quality control.Method: Optimum extraction technology was optimized by L9(34) orthogonal design experiment with the content of stilbene glucoside as index;with PVA 124 as film forming mateial and film-forming time and film quality as indexes,optimized optimum molding technology by orthogonal design test.Result:optimum extraction conditons of germinal coating agent was:refluxing extracted 2 times with 8 times the amount of 70% ethanol for 1.5 h each time;optimum molding process conditions was:extract of traditional Chinese medicine 35 mL,PVA124 7 g,glycerine 2 mL,sodium carboxymethyl cellulose 0.75 g.Conclusion: Preparation technology of this coating agent was reasonable,simple,and quality control method was reliable.
