摘要
着重分析影响当前交通路网中延误到达被救援地点时间的各种因素,如交通流量、道路等级、交通管制、信号管制以及救援车辆作为特种车辆在道路上的通行能力等,利用层次分析法对道路的权重进行综合判定,使用Arcgis Engine平台软件的底层算法,实现考虑实际路口的应急救援路径优化。以河北省保定市城区范围为原型,计算消防安全重点单位发生火灾或抢险救援的实例。通过实际验证,该方法基本满足应急救援情况下考虑实际交通情况的最优路径选取的需求。
Factors which delay the arrival to the emergency place in current traffic network, such as the traffic flow rate, road grade, traffic control, signal control, and traffic capacity of rescue vehicles, were mainly analyzed. AHP was used to decide the weight of road, and the underlying algorithm of Arcgis En- gine was used to realize the emergency rescue path optimization algorithm considering the actual road condition. Taking the city subdivision of Baoding as prototype, an example of fire safety key units on fire was calculated. By the actual verification, the method can mostly satisfy the requirement of emergency rescue path optimization considering the actual road condition.
