摘要
在正常人淋巴细胞,加入鼻咽癌低分化细胞(CNE-2)培养上清(CNE-2S)400μl/ml。分别测定不加入和加入CNE-2S的淋巴细胞内cAMP、IL-2及对IL-2的增殖活性,11例正常人淋巴细胞内cAMP含量平均值为13.77±4.92pm/1×10~6,加入CNE-2S后为26.1±15.14pm/l×10~6。比未加入前有明显升高(P<0.05)。9例正常人的IL-2活性的平均值为2048±1590cpm,加入后为1236±761cpm。比未加入前有明显降低(P<0.05)。9例正常人淋巴细胞对IL-2增殖活性平均值为4478±5755cpm,加入后降为2942±2706cpm,但统计学上无显著性(P>0.05)。结果表明,CNE-2S可提高正常人淋巴细胞内cAMP水平。与此同时,IL-2活性受到明显抑制,但淋巴细胞对IL-2增殖活性的变化不显著。
This paper reports on the effect of the culture supernatant of NPC cell line (CNE-2S) (400μl/ml) on cAMP、IL-2、and IL-2 receptor in normal lymphocyts. The cAMP levels of lymphocytes from 11 cases was 13.77±4.92pm/1×10~6. With lymphocytes suspensives added to the CNE-2S, the cAMP levels was increased to 26.1± 15.14Pm/1×10~6(P<0.05). The activity of IL-2 of lymphocytes from 9 cases was 2048 ± 1590 cpm. With lymphocytes added CNE-2S the activite of IL-2 was decreased to 1236 ±761 cpm (P<0.05). The activity of IL-2 receptor proliferation of lymphocytes from 9 cases was 4578±5755 cpm. With lymphocytes added to CNE-2S, the activity of IL-2 receptor proliferation was decreased to 2942±2706 cpm. (P>0.05)
These results show that the immune function abnormality of the patients with NPC relates to the fact of that the NPC immunologic inhibitory factor declines the ability of lymphocytes to produce IL-2.
