摘要
为了解我国高校信息公开网站建设现状,采用网络调查法,对2 417所高等学校的信息公开网站进行调研。将我国高校信息公开网站建设情况归纳为外部、内在、依申请公开、用户及网络效应五大属性进行阐述,并分析高校信息公开网站存在的问题,提出相关优化建议。研究结果可为我国高校信息公开网站的研究和实践提供指导和借鉴。
In order to understand the construction status quo of university information disclosure websites in China, this paper makes a study of 2 417 websites of university information disclosure through method of online survey. The author expounds the construction status quo of the university information disclosure websites for external, internal, according to apply for public, user and network effect five properties, makes an analysis of the existing problems of the websites, and puts forward the optimizing countermeasures. The empirical results can provide guidance and reference for research and practice of university information disclosure＇ s website in China.
