摘要
采用系统工程中解释结构模型法对影响高校图书馆图书采购质量的诸多因素进行分析,通过建立有向图和矩阵运算生成模型,分析各种因素的层级和相互关系,指出图书采购质量的三层影响因素及其之间的相互关系,建立图书采购质量控制影响因素的解释结构模型。根据模型揭示出影响图书采购质量的根源因素、中间因素和表象因素,并针对因素的层级关系提出相应的图书采购质量控制方法,从而促进图书采购质量的提高。
This paper uses interpretative structural model（ ISM）, from a system engineering approach, to analyze impact factors of book acquisition quality. It generates a theoretical model , using digraph and matrix operation to analyze the levels and various relations of the factors. It indicates three layers of influence factors on the book acquisition quality control and the relationship between them, es- tablishes the interpretative structural model of quality control factors. According to the model, it reveals the roots factors, middle factors and representation factors, and puts forward the book acquisition quality control methods.
