树鼩脊髓内生长抑素样免疫反应阳性神经元的观察 被引量:1

摘要 应用免疫过氧化物酶间接法,观察5只经蛛网膜下腔内注射秋水仙素的树鼩和10只未注射秋水仙素的树鼩脊髓C_5、T_3、T_9、L_4和S_25个节段内生长抑素样免疫反应阳性神经元的分布.结果表明,生长抑素样免疫反应在S_2最强,其次是L_4,灰质以后角最强,前角最弱.生长抑素样免疫反应阳性神经元胞体分布于脊髓后角和中间带,多数为小型(9~14μm)或中型(15~20μm)细胞.在S_2的中间带内有少数大型(20μm以上)多极细胞,其突起行向各方,有些突起上的膨体明显.阳性颗粒分布在神经元突起的根部和胞质的外周部.阳性纤维和终末主要分布于后角的边缘层和胶状质以及S_2的中间带. The distribution of somatostatin-like immunoreactive positive neurons in C_5, T_3, T_9, L_4 and S_2 of the spinal cord of five tupaia belangeri which were give colchicine via the subarachnoid space and ten untreated tupaia belangeri was studied using the indirected immuno-peroxdase method.We observed that the highest somatostatin-like immunoreactivity appeared in S_2, and secondly in L_4.The highest somatostatin-like immunoreactivity in the gray matter appeared to be in the dorsal horn, but lowest in the ventral horn.The positive nervous cell bodies that were small or medium in size were found in the dorsal horn and in the intermediate zone.There were a small numbers of large positive neurons scattering in the intermediate zone of S _2 which send longer processes travailing in all direction.The expanded bodies of some processes were obvious The positive particles were distributed in the root of the processes and periplasm.Most of positive fibers and terminals were found in the laminae I-II of five egments of the spinal cord and the laminae Ⅶ of S_2.
