摘要
以水杨醛、乙二胺、液溴等为原料,合成双(5-溴水杨醛)缩乙二亚胺合铜,并对其进行了IR、MS表征。实验考察了反应温度、反应时间以及反应物配比对结果的影响。当反应温度为70℃,反应时间为3h,双(5-溴水杨醛)缩乙二亚胺与硝酸铜的物质的量之比为1:3时,最高收率为90.5%。并对其灭火性能进行了初步研究,测试表明产物有良好的灭火效果。
Bis (5-bromosalicylal) ethylenediimine copper (H) was synthesized using salicylaldehyde, ethylenediamine and liqaid as raw materials, and then identified by IR and MS spectroscopy. Effects of mole ratio, reaction temperature and time were investigated. Under the conditions of mole ratio of bis(5-bromosalicylal) ethylenediimine/cupric nitrate 1 : 3,reaction temperature 70C, and reaction time 3 h, the highest yield of bis (5-bromosalicylal) ethylenediimine copper( Ⅱ ) was 90. 5%. The fire extinguishing ability of the product was studied and good result was obtained.
