摘要
以活性炭为还原剂,在固定床反应器中将N_2和SO_2混合气体反应还原制得硫单质。研究了反应温度、反应空时、原料气浓度等因素对SO_2脱除率和硫磺产率的影响。结果表明:在反应温度800℃,反应空时14s,SO_2转化率达95%以上,硫磺产率可达85%以上,制得硫磺纯度97%以上。
sulfur was prepared through reducing mixed gas of N2 and sulfur dioxide with active carbon in a fixed bed reactor. The effects of reduction conditions such as reaction temperature, reaction time and content of mixed raw gas on sulfur dioxide conversion and sulfur yield were investigated. The results showed that sulfur yield of more than 85% and sulfur dioxide conversion of more than 95% were reached when reaction temperature was 800℃, and reaction time was 14s. The purity of sulfur product was more than 97%.
