胰腺实性假乳头状瘤7例CT诊断报告被引量：1

摘要胰腺实性假乳头状瘤（SPTP）是一种少见的良『生或低度恶性的胰腺肿瘤，临床表现不典型，术前误诊率高。现回颐分析2007年1月至2011年1月我院收治的7例经手术病理及免疫组化检查证实为SPTP的病案资料，探讨其CT表现及特征，并复习相关文献，旨在提高对该病的术前诊断水平。
