摘要
唐山是一个文化历史悠久、文化底蕴深厚、文化形式多样的城市,有着丰富的非物质文化遗产,它集中体现了广大人民群众的生活方式、思想观念、认识水平、聪明智慧、审美情趣和理想追求。保护好这些非物质文化遗产,对于传承历史、发展先进文化、建设文化大市和人民群众的幸福之都,以及弘扬优秀的文化传统、增强民族凝聚力、维护民族团结,对于落实科学发展观,构建社会主义和谐社会,实现经济社会的全面、协调、可持续发展都具有重要的现实意义和深远的历史意义。
Tangshan,a city with a long cultural history,rich cultural deposits and multiple cultural forms,has abundant intangible cultural heritages,reflecting the masses＇ life-styles,ideological conception,level of awareness or cognition,intelligence,aesthetic temperament and ideal pursuit.To safeguard these intangible cultural heritages is of great realistic and profound historic significance to inherit history,develop advanced culture,build the city of happiness for the masses,promote and propagate splendid cultural tradition,enhance national cohesion,preserve national unity,implement the Scientific Outlook on Development,constructing socialist harmonious society and realize the overall,harmonious and sustainable economic and social development.
