摘要
传统意义上的档案管理,是指对实体档案的管理。随着计算机和网络技术的发展,档案管理不仅仅是对档案实体的保护、管理与利用,同时还包括将实体档案转变为各种以实体档案为基础的"信息"来进行综合管理与利用的时代。因而,档案管理现代化在档案信息的转化与利用上有着巨大的发展空间,同时各种新技术的应用会给档案管理工作手段上带来许多突破与创新。
The tradtional file management means file itself management.With the development of computer and net technology,file management is not only the protection,management and use of the file itself but also the shift from file itself to ＂information＂ based on file itself in order to make a synthesized management and utlization.Therefore,the modernization of file management has a tremendous development space in the shift and use of file infromation while various technology application certainly would bring us lots of breakthrough and innovation for file management method.
