摘要
高校课堂有效教学是高校课堂教学最大程度地达到预期教学效果。调查研究证实,它受到教师自身、学生、学校等三个因素的影响。教师的影响通过教师的教学理念、教学责任感、教学投入、教学知识、教学效能感以及学习、实践、反思和研究教学实现;学生的影响通过学生对课堂有效教学配合、鼓励和投入实现;学校的影响通过学校对课堂有效教学重视、鼓励、支持以及学校其他教师对课堂有效教学鼓励、支持与帮助实现。
Effective classroom teaching of university &college especially means that the college teachers teach effectively in classroom. Investigation shows that effective classroom teaching depends on teacher, student and institution. The influence of teachers is realized by teaching philosophy, sense of teaching responsibility, teaching input, teaching knowledge, teaching efficacy, and their learning, practice, reflection, and research on teaching. The influence of students is achieved by their cooperation, support and commitment. The influence of institutions is dependent on their attention, encouragement, and support to effective teaching.
