摘要
为检验清热理气方 (蒲公英 6 0g、黄连 10g、黄芩 10g、枳壳 10g、佛手 12g、炙甘草 6g)对实验性猫胃螺杆菌胃炎的治疗作用。采用复制Balb/c猫胃螺杆菌胃炎模型 ,以清热理气方大、中、小剂量 (分别为 2 6 .6g/kg、 13.3g/kg、 6 .6 5g/kg)给药 ,以三联疗法 (灭滴灵 2 .6mg、四环素 1.3mg、丽珠得乐 1.3mg)为阳性对照组 ,以生理盐水为阴性对照。每组 12只 ,给药 4周 ,末次给药 4周后观察结果。结果 :以猫胃螺杆菌根除为指标 ,清热理气方作用不如三联疗法 ;以重度炎症改善为指标 ,大剂量组优于三联疗法组 ,差别有显著性 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 :清热理气方一方面可以根除猫胃螺杆菌 。
To study the effecacy of heat clearing and Qi regulating prescription(HCQRP)for helicobacter felis(HF) gastritis in Balb/c mice,sixty model Balb/c mice were randomly allocated to five groups:three HCQRP groups(in 26.6?g/kg,13.3?g/kg and 6.65?g/kg respectively ) and triple therapy control group(with metronidazole,tetracycline and bismuth)and saline control group.All mice were medicated for four weeks and effects were observed on 4th week after the last administration.Results showed that HF eradication ratio was lower in HCQRP groups than that in triple therapy control group,and high_grade inflammation in large dosage of HCQRP group was much improved as compared with triple therapy control group(P< 0.05 ).It is concluded that the mechanism of HCQRP on HF gastritis is related not only to the eradication of HF but also to the improvement of inflammation.
