摘要
首先,通过仪器分析,对产品表面的颗粒进行分析归类,确认颗粒主要为玻璃渣、灰尘、托盘残渣。然后,利用正交设计实验,对清洗工序影响清洗效果的因素进行实验分析,最终确定影响清洗效果的主要因素为超声波、洗剂类型、清洗时间。
First, by instrumental analysis, surface particles are determined to be three kinds as glass residual, dust and tray residual. Then, the orthogonal design experiments are designed to search the main factors that effect cleaning result in cleaning process, ultimately, ultrasound, lotion type and cleaning time.are considered to be the cirtical factors.
