摘要
通过对比实验,将不同型号的三台仪器对钢样中酸溶铝的分析结果进行了比较,并对仪器内部参数予以调整,改善分析效果;结合实际情况,提出了确保在线分析及时准确的优化方案。
According to the contrast tests, the analysis result data of acid-insoluble aluminium in steel samples were compared, and the analysis effect was improved through slight adjustments to the internal parameter of instruments. The optimum scheme was also proposed for ensuring the accurate and timely online analysis.
