摘要
目的 研究银屑病皮损免疫表型及其体外维持。方法 检测代表银屑病病理特征的蛋白分子 ,并观察培养后这些分子的变化。结果 银屑病皮损中角蛋白 16、17、转谷酰酶I、ICAM 1、HLA DR、β1整合素及OKM 5增强表达 ,培养48h后和培养前基本相同。结论 上述蛋白分子的共同表达构成了银屑病皮损的免疫表型 ,这种表型在跨膜皮肤器官模型中 48h培养可得到良好的维持。
Objective To study the immunopathological phenotype of psoriatic lesional skin and its maintenance ex vivo using tissue culture techniques.Methods Psoriasis related markers representing psoriatic pathological features were monitored immunohistochemically before and after the culturing of the skin biopsies.Results The expression of keratin 16,keratin 17,type l transglutaminase ICAM 1,HLA DR,OKM 5 and integrinβ1 was upregulated in psoriatic lesional skin,it was almost the same after culturing for 48 hours in the transwell skin organ culture model.Conclusion The expression of above proteins gives the immunopathological phenotype of lesional psoriatic skin,it can be well preserved after 48 h culturing in transwell skin organ culture model.
