摘要
目的 探讨动脉粥样硬化和细胞间粘附分子-1(ICAM-1,即CD54)间的关系。方法用APAAP桥联酶免疫细胞化学染色法检测冠心病病人CD54阳性单个核细胞百分率。结果 冠心病病人CD54阳性率显著增高,正常人单个核细胞经内毒素、人高水平LDL血清处理后增高的CD54阳性率可达CHD病人水平,经凝血酶处理后CD54阳性率无显著变化,而内毒素还可使CHD病人单个核细胞表达CD54再度增多。结论 提示单个核细胞CD54表达的增强可能和动脉粥样硬化的发生有关。
Objective To explore the relationship between intercellular adhesion molecule - 1 (ICAM - 1, CD54) on mononuclear cells (MCs) and atherosclerosis (As). Methods CD54 on MCs were detected by APAAP immunocytochemical staining in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). The percentage of positive cell were counted. Results The percentage of CD54 on MCs in patients was significantly higher than that in normal persons. MCs from normal persons treated with endotoxin or serum with high level of LDL, CD54 positive MCs were signifi- cantly increased, but treated with thrombin, CD54 positive MCs were not increased, MCs from patients treated with endotoxin, the percentage of CD54 was also increased. Conclusion It is probable that increased expression of CD54 on membrane of MCs is associated with occurrence and progression of As.
