摘要
目的 探讨中药熏蒸配合抗生素治疗慢性盆腔炎的效果。方法 将病人随机分为A、B、C三组。A组 :单用抗生素 ;B组 :中药内服配合抗生素 :C组 :中药熏蒸配合抗生素。比较三组疗效。结果 经 χ2 检验 ,C组与A组、C组与B组相比 ,差异均非常显著 ,P <0 .0 1 。结论 中药熏蒸配合抗生素治疗慢性盆腔炎 ,效果明显优于传统的中药内服配合抗生素及单用抗生素的方法 。
Objective To study the curative effect of the therapy that treats the chronic pelvic infection by Chinese medical herb fumigation combined with antibiotics Methods The patients were divided into 3 groups randomly,group A、B and C. Group A was treated with antibiotic only.Group B was treated by taking chinese herbal medicine as well as using antibiotics.Group C was treated by chinese medical herb fumigation together with using antibiotic.Then compare the curative effects among the three groups.Results After X 2 check up there was a great difference between groups C and A,also between groups C and B. Conclusion The curative effect of the therapy that treats the chronic pelvic infection by Chinese medical herb fumigation combined with antibiotics is much bettr than that by taking chinese herbal medicine as well as using antibiotics or that by using antibiotics only. This therapy is fast and simple as well.
