摘要
为有效防治烟蚜,减少化学农药的使用,通过人工繁殖和释放烟蚜茧蜂对防治烟蚜应用技术进行了试验研究。结果显示:通过温室小棚培养烟蚜茧蜂,烟蚜茧蜂的繁殖速度快,能满足大田散放烟蚜茧蜂数量的需要;放蜂7、14、28 d后处理Ⅰ的虫口减退率分别为处理Ⅱ和处理Ⅲ的45.5%和42.8%、31.6%和22.0%、39.2%和5.7%;放蜂7 d后平均防效为32.0%,随后防效逐渐上升,放蜂35 d后平均防治效果达83.0%。这说明利用烟蚜茧蜂防治烟蚜是一种十分稳定、有效的方法,可以大范围推广应用。
In order to control Myzus persicae effectively and reduce the application of chemical pesticide, an experiment was conducted to study the technology of controUing Myzus persicae by use of artificial rearing Aphidius gifuensis Ashmaed. The results showed that the artificial rearing technology can increase the number of Aphidius gifuensis Ashmaed quickly and hence meet the requirement of amount for releasing Aphidius g/fuens/sAshmaed in field; 7, 14 and 28 d after releasing Aphidius gifuensis Ashmaed, the decreasing rate of insect population in treatment I was 45.5% and 42.8%, 31.6% and 22.0%, and 39.2% and 5.7% of that in treatment Ⅱ and treatment Ⅲ, respectively; 7 d after releasing Aphidius gifuensis Ashmaed, the average control efficiency on Myzus persicae was 32.0%, and then it increased gradually and reached 83.0% when 35 d after releasing Aphidius gifuensis Ashmaed. Therefore, it indicated that control of Myzuz persicae by using Aphidius gifuensis Ashmaed is a very steady and effective method, which can be popularized in large area.
