垂体瘤发病的分子基础 被引量:3

摘要 垂体瘤的发病机制仍是一个未揭之谜。目前认为 ,垂体腺瘤原发于垂体本身 ,为单个改变的细胞单克隆增殖所致。研究显示gsp基因突变对生长激素瘤具特异性 ,成纤维细胞生长因子、催乳素瘤与转化生长因子瘤关系较为密切。另外 ,多发性内分泌肿瘤 1型基因突变、p2 7的 1 2三体、下丘脑激素及其受体、EGF等均对垂体瘤的发病起一定作用。本文从原癌基因的突变激活、抑癌基因的杂合性丢失、下丘脑激素受体异常、生长因子信号紊乱等方面阐述了该病分子水平的基础及最新进展。
