摘要
根据近几年来欧盟食品和饲料快速预警系统(RASFF)通报情况,总结我国被通报产品种类及风险因素,并结合当前国际食品安全的严峻形势,探讨出口食品安全监管措施。
Based on the analysis of notification of EU Rapid Alert System for Food and Feed in recent years,this paper sums up Chinese food species and risk factor in the notifications,and discusses the supervise measures of the export food safety combining the current grim situation of international food safety.
