非瓣膜病性心房颤动患者血清CRP BNP与ET-1水平的测定及其临床意义 被引量:8

The Detection and Clinical Value of Serum CRP Brain Natriuretic Peptide and Endothelin-1 in Patients with Nonvalvular Atrial Fibrillation

摘要 目的:探讨非瓣膜病性心房颤动(AF)患者血清反应蛋白(CRP)、脑钠肽(BNP)与内皮素-1(ET-1)的水平变化及其临床意义。方法:选择持续性房颤患者58例,同时选择性别、年龄、病情等与之相匹配的窦性心律心脏病患者(窦性心律组)55例,测定血清CRP、BNP、ET-1水平并进行统计分析。结果:AF组患者CRP、BNP及ET-1水平均显著高于窦性心律组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01);在相同心功能亚组中,AF组CRP、BNP及ET-1水平均显著高于窦性心律组(P<0.01或P<0.05),且以上指标均随着心功能分级的升高而升高。结论:AF患者血清CRP、BNP及ET-1水平明显升高,并随着心衰程度的加重而升高。 Objective: To investigate the level changes and clinical value of serum-reactive protein(CRP),brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) and endothelin-1(ET-1) in patients with nonvalvular atrial fibrillation(AF). Method: 58 patients with AF were included,and selected 55 patients with sinus rhythm who matched with them in gender,age,illness,etc.The levels of serum CRP,BNP,ET-1 were statistically analyzed. Result: The levels of CRP,BNP and ET-1 in AF group were significantly higher than in the sinus rhythm group(P 0.01);In the same cardiac function subgroup,the levels of CRP,BNP and ET-1 were significantly higher in the AF group than in the sinus rhythm group(P 0.01 or P 0.05),and the above indicators increased with the increase of severity of cardiac function. Conclusion:The levels of serum CRP,BNP and ET-1 in the patients with AF are significantly higher with more serious of cardiac failure.
