摘要
随着我国城市化的发展,居民住宅小区大量涌现,随之而来的是居民火灾比重逐年增加,住宅小区火灾隐患突出,消防安全形势不容乐观,给消防工作提出了新的课题。作者结合从事消防工作的亲身经历,通过调查,分析了目前我国居民住宅小区消防安全现状和消防安全问题,特别是私家汽车引发的突出消防问题,提出了加强行政管理、普及消防宣传、完善法律法规建设、增强消防演练等措施和对策,努力实现政府统一领导,部门依法监管,单位全面负责,公民积极参与的消防工作新局面。
Tannery wastewater is characterized by complex components, high concentration of organic pollutants, much suspended solids, and serious pollution. Based on the composition anti characteristics of tannery wastewater, several techniques with wide application on the treatment of tannery wastewater were introduced, as well as the cun＇ent situation in China. This article gives an engineering example for treating the regional sewage from aleather industry cluster district in Xuzhou by the optimized techniques with biochemical, physicochemical, anti Orhal oxidation ditch processes. The advantages anti each operation paramelers were discussed, and the treatment condition and processing effect were analyzed.
