摘要
建立了1套移动试验装置,对湿法海水脱硫系统中的吸收和氧化过程的pH值变化进行了研究,研究结果显示吸收区pH值控制在3 ~ 4左右,曝气氧化区初始pH值应该控制在5以上。SO32-氧化速率可以加快,当混合后酸性海水(稀释比小于4)pH值低于4,曝气氧化效果较差。
Changes of pH value in seawater absorption and oxidation process were studied by the establishment of a mobile pilot equipment for wet desulfurization system. Results showed that in absorption zone pH value was controlled at 3 - 4, and in aeration oxidation zone initial pH value was controlled at above 5, the sulfite oxidation rate could be accelerated. When pH value of the mixture of acidic water (dilution ratio was less than 4) was lower than 4, aeration oxidation was less effective.
