摘要
目的在二尖瓣置换动物模型上研究不同瓣下结构保留术式对人工心瓣下游TSS的影响。方法建立二尖瓣置换术动物模型,采用热线流速仪实测三种瓣下结构保留术式人工二尖瓣下游核心区和边界区6个测量点的TSS。结果三种保留术式人工心瓣下游核心区TSS无统计学差异,边界区保留后瓣组与未保留组TSS无统计学差异,保留全瓣组TSS高于未保留组和保留后瓣组(P<0.05)。结论未保留瓣下结构和保留后瓣瓣下结构人工心瓣下游血流流场边界区TSS较全瓣瓣下结构保留小,血流动力学性能较佳。
Objective To explore the effect of subvalvular apparatus on turbulent shear stress downstream of atifical mitral valve in swine. Methods The model of mitral valve replacement was established in swine to measure TSS of different subvalvular apparatus in downstream flow field of artificial mitral valve through HFA directly. Results At the . central location TSS downstream was of no significant difference among three groups. At the marginal location TSS was of no significant difference'between the groups of preservation of posterior subvalvular apparatus and non-preservation groups ,TSS of the group of preservation of total subvalvular apparatus was significant higher than that of the other two groups(P〈0.05) Conclusion The preservation of posterior subvalvular apparatus and non-preservation groups is better than the preservation of total subvalvular apparatus in flow field uniformity.
