摘要
为了解农村贫困地区医疗服务的状况、特点及利用的影响因素 ,对全国 8省 10个国家级贫困县 31个乡 93个行政村 2 490户 10 790人 1996年及 1997年的基本卫生情况和医疗服务进行了调查分析。结果表明 :贫困地区农村居民两周千人患病次数为 171(全国农村为 12 8) ,而两周千人就诊次数为 74.6 3(全国农村为 15 9.7次 )。医疗服务利用的影响因素分析证实了性别、婚姻状况、年龄、文化程度、职业、医疗保健制度、是否患慢性病等因素对利用作用显著。研究认为贫困地区社会经济、卫生资源状况不佳 ;农村居民医疗服务需要较高 ,而利用水平低 ,影响因素众多。
To find out the characteristics of medical services and its utilization in poor rural areas of China, an investigation on the health condition and household medical services was carried out in 10 poor counties in China 10 790 people in 2 490 families in 93 villages in 31 towns were visited from March to May, 1997 The results showed that medical needs of the poor rural residents, with the bi=week prevalence 171‰, were more than those of the average level of rural areas of China, 128‰ On the contrary, their utilization level, measured by the index, bi=week outpatient visits per 1 000 people, was 74 63, far lower than 159 7 of the country level The factors including sex, marriage status, age, educational level, occupation, medical insurance system, having chronic disease or not, influencing on utilization were tested significant Compared with the average level of the whole rural areas of China, the medical needs of the poor rural residents are larger but utilization is fewer
