摘要
限制小功率电动机转子的初始不平衡量是提高转子校动平衡精度和效率的根本性措施。在采用全自动校平衡机对转子作去重动平衡校正时,存在如何确定转子最大允许初始不平衡量和如何设定转子剩余不平衡量的问题。在阐述转子校动平衡原理的基础上,提出了转子最大允许初始不平衡量估算和转子剩余不平衡量设定的方法;提出了从设计和制造工艺两方面有效控制转子初始不平衡量的措施。
Restricting the initial unbalance of the rotor of small power motor is known as the essential method for improving the accuracy and efficiency of rotor dynamic balancing correcting. However, it is hard to determine the largest initial unbalance and residual unbalance of rotor when using the fully automatic balancing machines to do weight-removing dynamic balancing correcting. An approach for estimating the largest initial unbalance and determining the residual unbalance was proposed. A measure controlling the initial unbalance from both design and fabrication aspects was provided.
