摘要
目的探讨细胞周期调节蛋白CyclinB1与早期自然流产发生的相关性.方法选择早期自然流产和正常早孕人流患者绒毛和蜕膜组织各30例,采用逆转录-聚合酶链反应法检测两种组织中CyclniB1的表达.结果CyclinB1在早期自然流产组绒毛和蜕膜组织中的表达量显著低于正常早孕人流组绒毛和蜕膜组织中的表达量,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 CyclinB1可能与早期自然流产的发生相关.
Objects To investigate the correlation between CyclinB land the athogenesis of Early spontaneous abortion. Method We detected the expression of CyclinB1 in the villus and decidua of 30 cases of early spontaneous abortions and 30 cases of normal artificial abortions by using the method of Polymerase chain reaction. Result The expression level of CyclinB1 in the tissues of early spontaneous abortions patients was significantly lower than that in normal artificial abortions patients （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion CyclinB1 may be involved in the pathogenesis of early spontaneous abortion.
