摘要
目的 回顾性总结前段玻璃体切除器在白内障手术中的应用。方法 在先天性白内障 6眼、外伤性白内障 14眼、葡萄膜炎并发白内障 8眼和老年性白内障 8眼的手术中联合应用前段玻璃体切除器。术后随访 3～ 6月。结果 矫正视力≤ 0 0 12眼 ,0 0 2～ 0 410眼 ,≥ 0 5 2 2眼 ,不合作 2眼 ;视轴区透明者 3 0眼。结论 白内障手术中应用前段玻璃体切除器减少了后发障等并发症的发生 ,提高了手术成功率。
Objective To review the effect of anterior vitreous cutter in cataract surgery.Methods Anterior vitreous cutter was used in the surgery of 6 eyes of congenital cataract,14 eyes of traumatic cataract,8 eyes of uveitic cataract and 8 eyes of senile cataract.It was followed up for 3～6 months.Results Postoperatively,corrected vision was 0.1 or worse in 2 eyes,0.02～0.4 in 10 eyes,0.5 or better in 22 eyes,2 eyes was not in cooperation;Optic axis zone was pellucid in 30 eyes.Conclusions Using anterior vitreous cutter in cataract surgery can improve the success rate of surgery because it decreases postoperative complications like after cataract,etc.
