摘要 目的 研究兔视神经挫伤后视网膜、视神经结构及功能变化。方法 建立兔视神经挫伤模型 ,于不同时间作视网膜节细胞 (RGC)、轴突染色记数 ,并检测闪光视诱发电位 (FVEP)。结果 伤后RGC数目持续下降并伴有轴突变性、坏死 ,4周时RGC平均记数为 12 67± 4 12 /mm ,轴突密度为 3 6,0 85± 2 85 /mm2 ,均明显少于正常对照 (P <0 0 1)。在伤后 4小时FVEP下降至对照眼的 5 4% ,并持续至 8周。结论 兔视神经挫伤后RGC、视神经出现渐进性退变 ,伴有视神经功能即刻下降。 Objective To study the change of structure and function of rabbit's retina and optic nerve after optic nerve contusion.Methods After establishing the model of rabbit optic nerve contusion,counts of RGCs and axons were investigated at various intervals.FVEP was tested too.Results After the injury,RGC counts declined from 1 to 4 weeks with degeneration of the axons.At 4 weeks RGC average count was 12.67±4.12/mm and the density of axons decreased to 36,085±285/mm 2,both were statistically different from the normal ( P <0.01).The amplitude of FVEP wave of the left (injured) eye decreased to 54% of the right (control) only 4h after injury and kept stable in 8 weeks.Conclusion After the optic nerve contusion,RGCs and optic nerves showed progressive degeneration and the function of optic nerve lost immediately.
