摘要
引言王冠盖是啤酒、汽水等瓶装饮料生产包装中一种必备消耗品,生产和使用量都很大。随着人民生活水平的日益提高,饮料市场的投放量大幅度增长,它的市场需求量亦大幅度增长。以前,我国主要采用传统的衬垫法和滴塑法进行瓶盖生产,该产品密封材料使用量大,密封效果差,劳动生产率低,在产量和质量方面都远远不能满足市场需求。为解决这一问题,近年来青岛、大连、上海、广州等地几十个生产厂家先后从国外引进了先进的王冠盖生产自动线和生产工艺。实践证明。
In order to localize PVC mixing material for crown sealing liner,Dalian Light Industrial Research Institute,with the help of Dalian Bottle Cap Factory,developed the mentioned mixing material.This article deals with the condition of technique and production of the material,and the research process.The product is totally made of home-produced raw materials,and the technical quotas are close to or reach the level of imported one.
