摘要
目的探讨白头翁4种提取物对猪三毛滴虫的杀灭效果,为临床用药提供依据。方法利用不同浓度白头翁4种提取物进行体外抗猪三毛滴虫试验,绘制虫体生长曲线,分析猪三毛滴虫对白头翁4种提取物的敏感性。结果白头翁4种提取物在0.312 5~5.0mg/ml浓度时均具有抑制或杀灭猪三毛滴虫的作用,且作用效果随着药物浓度的增加而增强。白头翁4种提取物抑杀猪三毛滴虫效果水浸膏>乙酸乙酯>正丁醇>皂苷。结论白头翁水浸膏和乙酸乙酯成分具有较强的抗猪三毛滴虫作用。
Objective The effects of four extracts of Pulsatilla chinensis(Bunge) regel on Tritrichomonas suis have been investigated in order to provide a basis for clinical treatment of T.suis.Methods Anti-trichomonal activity of four extracts against T.suis in vitro was investigated using various concentrations,and the susceptibility of T.suis to the four extracts was evaluated using growth curves.Results All four extracts inhibited or killed T.suis to different extents at 0.3125-5.0 mg/ml,and anti-trichomonal activity was enhanced with an increase in time and concentration.Trichomonacidal activity of aqueous extracts was followed by that of ethyl acetate extracts,n-butanol extracts,and then total saponin.Conclusion Aqueous extracts and ethyl acetate extracts of Pulsatilla chinensis(Bunge) regel have more potent trichomonacidal activity.
