卵巢早衰与X染色体基因突变

Relationship between premature ovarian failure and X chromosome gene mutation

摘要 卵巢早衰病因复杂,遗传因素在其病因中占重要地位,X染色体为女性性腺发育的决定性因素,X连锁的基因缺陷可能与卵巢早衰的发生有关,对于X连锁的相关基因缺陷的研究为卵巢早衰的早期预测及治疗提供了分子水平的理论基础.该文对卵巢早衰与X染色体基因的关系作以综述. The etiology of premature ovarian failure （POF） is complicated, and the genetic factor is an important cause of POF. X chromosome is the decisive factor of female sex gland＇ s development. X-linked genetic defects are possibly associated with POF. The research on X-linked genetic defects may provide a theoretical basis in molecular level for early forecast and treatment of POF. This article made a review of the relationship between POF and X chromosome.
