摘要妊娠期急性胰腺炎（acute pancreatitis in pregnancy,APIP）临床较少见,多发于妊娠晚期,具有发病急、并发症多、病死率高等特点,是妊娠合并外科急腹症病死率首位因素[1]。APIP临床表现无明显特异性,主要症状为上腹痛、恶心、呕吐、发热等,且上腹痛常被子宫收缩痛掩盖,在临床上往往容易误诊。
