摘要
塑料片材热成型是利用热塑性塑料经加热可再次软化的性能,借助片材两面压差(或单面机械压力)的作用,采用适当的模具使片材成型为所要求的形状之包装容器的一种成型的方法。热成型工艺方法,在19世纪末就已为人知晓,在本世纪40年代开始了工业生产。近20年来,已经发展成为加工包装材料的最重要加工方法之一。这种技术迅速发展的原因是成型工艺及设备的不断创新。
Thermoplastics sheet thermoforming has become one of the important methods of processing packaging materials. In this paper, according to the characteristics of thermoformed packaging, the materials selection and the shape design of thermoformed products are discussed. The technology and equipment used for thermoforming are studied and the guidance to speed up forming cycles and improve the quality of products is proposed. The trends and prospect of mordern thermoformed packaging are described.
