摘要
目的综合评价国内接受高效抗反转录病毒治疗(HAART)的艾滋病(AIDS)病人的CD4+T细胞数量、病毒载量的中短期变化规律。方法全面检索相关文献,并按照事先定义的纳入和排除标准剔除不符合要求的文献,对纳入文献采用Meta分析方法进行综合定量分析。结果 AIDS病人HAART后3、6、12、18、24个月,CD4+T细胞数量平均分别增加了112.186个/μL、6.917个/μL、32.081个/μL、36.654个/μL、41.431个/μL;病毒载量平均log下降了2.475拷贝/mL、0.893拷贝/mL、0.140拷贝/mL。结论接受HAART的AIDS病人,中短期能够取得良好的治疗效果。
Objective Evaluation of domestic AIDS patients receiving HAART CD＋4T cell count, viral load in the short-term variation. Method The included studies acquired complying with comprehensive literature search methods and re-defined inclusion and exclusive criteria were analyzed by comprehensive quantitative meta-analysis.
